 Winter Hikes on the Upper Thunderhole Trail

We will be hosting several hikes this winter to explore the newly-rediscovered Upper Thunderhole Trail, which can be accessed off of Rt. 221 just two miles from downtown Blowing Rock. With the leaves down, the trail offers spectacualr views of the Globe Basin and the proposed Grandfather National Scenic Area.
